It is not an offer of insurance, a quote, a binder, a policy, or a contract, and it does not guarantee coverage, eligibility, or price.
- Submitting the New Business Intake Form (or any form on this site) does not bind, alter, or cancel coverage.
- Coverage cannot be bound, changed, or canceled through this website, by email, or by voicemail. Coverage exists only when confirmed in writing by an authorized representative and an issuing carrier.
- Actual coverage is governed solely by the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions of the issued policy — not by anything on this site.

Interactive features and sample data
Some features on this site are demonstrations. The Service page queue displays clearly labeled sample data and does not submit live requests. The chat assistant is an automated tool that answers from pre-approved content; it can be wrong, it cannot quote premiums, and it cannot bind coverage. For anything that matters, confirm with a human at Impact.
