Information you provide to us

We collect the information you choose to submit through this site, including:

New Business Intake Form — business details (name, industry, operations, payroll, revenue, vehicle and property information, current coverage, loss history) and contact details (your name, role, email, phone). A federal tax ID (FEIN) field is optional; provide it only if you choose to.
Booking a call — scheduling is handled by Google Calendar's appointment booking. Information you enter there is processed by Google under its own terms and privacy policy.
Email and phone — anything you send us directly when you contact us.

We ask that you not submit sensitive personal information (such as health information or government identifiers beyond what a form requests) through this website.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to you, evaluate and market your risk to insurance carriers, prepare quotes and proposals, service your policies, and maintain our client records. Intake submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot) and may create a contact, company, and deal record there.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to do the work you ask us to do:

Insurance carriers, underwriters, and wholesalers — to obtain quotes and place coverage on your behalf.
Service providers — companies that host and operate parts of this site and our systems, such as our website host (Netlify), our CRM (HubSpot), and Google (fonts, calendar booking). They process information on our behalf.
Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.

Information collected automatically

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load.

Website assistant (chat)

The chat widget on this site answers from pre-approved content. Don't submit confidential or sensitive details through the chat — use the intake form, email, or phone for anything specific to your business.

Third-party sites

Links on this site lead to services we don't operate — including the client portal (InsuranceAgentApp), our application platform (Broker Buddha), and Google Calendar booking pages. Those services have their own privacy policies, and information you enter there is governed by them.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we keep client and submission records as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed agency. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion (subject to records we're required to keep as a licensed insurance agency). Email Info@ImpactInsurance.co with your request.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

A note on security

Impact will never ask for your client portal password by email or phone. If you receive a message asking for credentials and claiming to be from Impact, don't respond — call us at (801) 896-1382.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
